The easiest way to stop spamming is to remove the possible places that people can spam. So say bye bye to the chat box that's originally placed here. :)  It didn't match with the new layout colour anyway. So Fifty x fifty nominations are up. Updates
Just because you can nominate alot of times doesnt mean you can nominate the same person 300 times you know.. anyways .. i put up a backup form ... which is safer and spam proof you can nominate up to 10 forms per day ( for security ) which i think is reasonable.. so yea ... same formats n all ... Ciyaaooo
